The Process
The Closing Process
There are just a few basic steps in buying a house.
- The first step in buying a home should be to set up the financing.
This helps you determine what price range home you can purchase.
At Eichelberger Realty LLC we will help you find a lender that
handles the programs for which you may qualify.
- The next step is deciding which school district you would like
to live in and specifically what type of home you want.
- Once this is done we will go into the computer system that lists
the available houses for sale by all the realtors in the Metropolitan
area to find all the homes for sale in your requested school district,
in your price range and then start shopping.
We will represent you as your Buyers Agent to see that the contracts
and paperwork and inspections are all done correctly and timely
to best serve your interests. We will assist you all the way through
Closing.
It is important to
remember that we can help you with any home that is for sale, not
just our listings, and the seller will pay our commission so you
get our help for free.
The Selling Process
When you are ready to sell your home Eichelberger
Realty LLC will come out to your home, get all the pertinent information
and do a market analysis to determine what a fair market value would
be for your home. We will help you determine what items could or
should be repaired in order to enhance the property for a quicker
sale and better price. Because of our knowledge in first time homebuyer
programs, we service hundreds of buyers per year.
Our agents are encouraged to show our listings first. This means
you will have more showing opportunities than with a competing real
estate company.
The Closing Process
Closing is done at a Title Company. It is necessary
to purchase title insurance. Title insurance is to protect against
any claims that anyone may have made against the property you are
purchasing prior to your purchase. You should always be sure to
have title insurance. We can recommend a Title Company to you, if
you like.
