Spending Limits
Most first time home buyer programs have spending limits.
This means that there is a maximum purchase price allowed. This needs to be
handled on a case by case manor, because without knowing which first time home
buyer program is the one that best meets your needs, I can not tell you what the
spending limits may be. There are however two programs that have no spending limits.
